SUMMER CAMP 2024
We are thrilled to introduce our new Summer Camp Program! As a family run farm, in business for over 30+ years, we pride ourselves in bringing education around farming to our community and sharing our wealth of knowledge around horticulture learning! What better way to do that than to teach our youth how to grow their own food, care for animals and use our environment in the most economical ways.
We will start our day by feeding the wide variety of farm animals and learn interesting facts about them along the way! We will have team building exercises and ice breaker games, which will help us learn from each other and get acquainted for the week to come! Our farm believes in teamwork and working together. It’s important for kids to learn from one another and effectively communicate, especially when working with nature.
We will spend our days teaching and learning about horticulture, below are some of the experiences the kids will enjoy during their week on the farm!
-Planting starter gardens (take home)
-Apple Picking
-Sports Day
-Goat yoga
– Arts & crafts
– Free play
